The World Journal of Young and Excellent Scholars (JYES) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, interdisciplinary journal dedicated to the emerging scholarship of pre-collegiate and adolescent researchers. Serving as a bridge between secondary education and higher academic pursuits, JYES provides a professional publication venue for young investigators worldwide. JYES publishes high-quality Original Research, Reviews, and Short Communications. We solicit submissions that demonstrate critical thinking and scientific rigor across the full fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines, including but not limited to:

• Natural Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Science.
• Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Material Engineering.
• Mathematics: Pure and Applied Mathematics, Statistics.

JYES operates under a fully Open Access publishing model to maximize the dissemination and impact of young scholars' contributions.

• Copyright & Licensing: Authors retain the copyright to their work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

4. Journal Metrics & Publication Details

JYES is committed to a rigorous yet efficient editorial process to support the timely dissemination of scientific research.

• Publication Frequency: Quarterly (4 issues per year)

Peer Review Performance Metrics:

• Submission to First Decision: approximately 30 days
• Submission to Final Acceptance: approximately 70 days
