Submission Guidelines

This page helps authors organize manuscript structure, submission metadata, and supplementary materials before entering the formal workflow.

Authors should complete language polishing, reference checking, and figure/table verification so the uploaded version is ready for editorial assessment.

Manuscript structure

A standard submission should include the title, author and affiliation details, abstract, keywords, main text, references, and when relevant acknowledgements, funding notes, and ethics statements.

The body should keep a clear internal hierarchy. A common structure is introduction, literature review, research design, findings, discussion, and conclusion, although discipline-specific adaptations are acceptable when the logic remains complete.

  • The title should accurately reflect the topic and method
  • The abstract should independently state the problem, method, findings, and contribution
  • Keywords should support indexing, retrieval, and scholarly visibility

Author and metadata requirements

During submission, enter each author name, email, affiliation, and country or region in the correct order so the platform data matches later production needs.

If the manuscript involves a corresponding author, co-first authorship, or funded projects, keep those statements aligned between the platform metadata and the manuscript file.

  • Keep author spelling and institution names consistent
  • Add ORCID or short profiles only when accurate and verified
  • Do not change author order during revision without prior communication

Checks before submission

Before clicking submit, verify reference formatting, figure quality, supplementary files, and internal cross-references one more time.

If the paper includes human participation, data-sharing restrictions, or conflicts of interest, those conditions should be declared clearly in the manuscript.

  • Every citation in the text appears in the reference list
  • Figures, tables, and supplementary files are clearly named
  • Ethics, conflict, and funding notes are complete
